How Your Request Is Handled
When you reach out through our Request Help form, your information is kept strictly confidential. We understand that asking for support takes courage, and your privacy is our priority.
After you submit your request, a caring member of the Caring Coastal Connections team will review your needs and gather any additional information that is needed to be able to attempt to connect you with a compassionate volunteer willing to help.
There is no guarantee we will be able to provide assistance, but you will receive a prompt response with clear next steps, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. Our community is here to listen, assist, and provide the comfort you deserve.

Is my request for help kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. All information shared with Caring Coastal Connections is handled with the utmost care and will not be shared without your permission.

Who is eligible to request help?
Everyone who needs support—whether for themselves or their family—is welcome to reach out. There are no age or income restrictions.
What happens after I submit a request?
After you submit your request, a caring member of the Caring Coastal Connections team will review your needs and gather any additional information that is needed to be able to attempt to connect you with a compassionate volunteer willing to help. After you submit your request, a trained volunteer will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and connect you with the right resources.
Our volunteers are kind, respectful, and ready to listen.
How can I offer help or donate to support others?
If you’d like to support your neighbors, you can join our volunteer network or make a donation. Every bit of help makes a difference in someone’s life.
